I have been following the advice provided by Charyn & Kate Youngson in their book “Sold for Top Dollar” very closely as I have been renovating and preparing for sale a beach-side cottage that I have owned for many years.

Over the past week I have been obtaining proposals from real estate agents as I go through the sales agent selection process, again following Charyn & Kate’s advice. The feedback from the agents on my home staging has been very favorable indeed.

I will soon be able to learn what prospective buyers think when I actually open the property up for sale. Exciting times, helped enormously by Charyn & Kate’s excellent book.
